VC Mortgage Banking Equity Group investors include both private individuals and institutional investors from multiple countries.  Our investors have the common goal of making an equity investment in the joint ventures structured and managed by the group’s managing partners for intermediate to long term capital appreciation. Investors must meet the definition of “accredited investor” as defined by the United States Securities Act of 1933 and specifically in Rule 501 of Regulation D. 

Investors must be able to make a minimum investment contribution of USD$500,000 and may be either United States citizens or citizens of foreign countries if individuals, and may be either U.S.-based companies or foreign companies if institutional investors.
