Bank Partners

Banks interested in exploring a relationship with VC Mortgage Banking Equity Group should meet all of the following criteria:

• Possess an experienced management team with a proven track record of success in commercial bank management
• Have an excellent working relationship with all of the bank’s regulators, including the Office of Thrift Supervision or Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, as well as the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
• Demonstrate strong capitalization relative to the bank’s peer group as evidenced by the bank’s core and Tier 1 risk-based capital ratios
• Earn a CAMELS I or CAMELS II bank rating

Investors

Investors must meet the definition of “accredited investor” as defined by the United States Securities Act of 1933 and specifically in Rule 501 of Regulation D.  Investors must be able to make a minimum investment contribution of USD$500,000 and may be either United States citizens or citizens of foreign countries if individuals, and may be either U.S.-based companies or foreign companies if institutional investors.
